The Latin music world gathers tonight for the 2025 Latin GRAMMY Awards — a celebration of artistry, culture, and creativity that transcends borders. The 26th Annual Latin GRAMMYs will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, honoring the year’s most outstanding achievements across Latin genres, from reggaetón and pop to flamenco, regional Mexican, and beyond.






A Star-Studded Evening Hosted by Kany García and Tiago Iorc

This year’s ceremony kicks off with the Latin GRAMMY Premiere, hosted by seven-time winner Kany García and five-time winner Tiago Iorc. Broadcasting live from the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center, the pre-show begins at 3 p.m. ET across the Latin Recording Academy’s platforms. It will present several awards outside the televised broadcast, highlighting diverse categories like electronic music, rock, hip-hop, and flamenco.

The main event — airing at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT) on TelevisaUnivision — will feature a three-hour telecast packed with performances, tributes, and emotional wins. A one-hour red carpet pre-show begins at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. CT).






Bad Bunny Leads with 12 Nominations

At the heart of this year’s awards is Bad Bunny, who once again dominates the nominations with an impressive 12 nods. His acclaimed project DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS is nominated for Album of the Year, while singles like “BAILE INoLVIDABLE” and “DTmF” earned him recognition in both Record of the Year and Song of the Year. The Puerto Rican superstar also competes in Best Urban Music Album and Best Urban Song.

Following closely are CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, whose genre-bending album Papota secured 10 nominations, including major nods for Album of the Year and Record of the Year. Meanwhile, Natalia Lafourcade continues her reign as one of Latin America’s most beloved singer-songwriters, earning eight nominations for her introspective album Cancionera.

Producer-songwriter Edgar Barrera also makes headlines as the most nominated creative behind the scenes, collecting 10 nominations for his songwriting and production work, including Karol G’s “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido”, which itself scored three nominations. Other standout artists include Liniker with six nominations for Caju, Alejandro Sanz with four for ¿Y Ahora Qué?, and Joaquina, whose Al Romper la Burbuja also picked up four nods.

The Best New Artist category continues to spotlight emerging voices shaping the future of Latin music, featuring Alleh, Annasofia, Yerai Cortés, Juliane Gamboa, Camila Guevara, Isadora, Alex Luna, Paloma Morphy, Sued Nunes, and Ruzzi.






All-Star Performer Lineup

This year’s Latin GRAMMYs boast one of the most ambitious performance rosters to date. Confirmed performers include Bad Bunny, Karol G, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Aitana, Rauw Alejandro, Pepe Aguilar, Gloria Estefan, Kacey Musgraves, Christian Nodal, Grupo Frontera, Los Tigres del Norte, Raphael, Fuerza Regida, Elena Rose, Alejandro Sanz, and Carlos Santana.






Presenters List

A diverse lineup of presenters will take the stage, including Camilú, Carol Biazin, Malena Burke, Nico Cotton, Silvestre Dangond, Isabel Dobarro, Techy Fatule, Lupita Infante, Ela Minus, Kiki Morente, Debi Nova, Papatinho, RENEE, Yami Safdie, Marina Sena, Meme Solis, Lenny Tavárez, and Ángeles Toledano.






Category Updates and New Awards

The 2025 Latin GRAMMYs also mark a new chapter for the Academy’s evolving categories. Best Pop Vocal Album has been renamed Best Contemporary Pop Album, while Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album becomes Best Traditional Pop Album. The Best Urban Fusion/Performance category is now Best Urban/Urban Fusion Performance, with clearer eligibility rules.

Additionally, this year introduces two new categories within a brand-new Visual Media field: Best Music for Visual Media and Best Roots Song, expanding recognition for music tied to film, television, and cultural heritage. The Songwriter of the Year category is also more accessible, lowering the entry threshold from six songs to four.
