Lil Baby is keeping his foot on the gas. On Wednesday, November 5, the Atlanta rapper released his brand-new single “Try to Love,” marking the third consecutive week of fresh music from the chart-topping artist. The track arrived with a cinematic music video, continuing a rollout strategy that has reignited fan excitement.
In a recent social post, Lil Baby confirmed his ambitious plan to release a new song and video every Wednesday for the rest of 2025. “Try to Love” follows the success of his previous two drops, “All On Me” and “Plenty,” each of which generated millions of views within days of release.

This consistent output marks a notable shift for the rapper, who has spent much of 2024 and 2025 under the radar. Earlier this year, he released his fourth album Wham and teased a new project to follow soon after. However, he was going to release an album titled The Leaks in August, but the record has been delayed indefinitely without any explanation. In September, rumors swirled online that Lil Baby might be considering retirement after a post from Wolf Pack Global Music suggested he was stepping away from music. However, his sudden burst of activity — including high-profile collaborations with G Herbo, YFN Lucci, and YTB Fatt — has made it clear that Baby isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
