Olivia Dean has opened 2026 with a dominant showing on the ARIA Charts. Her sophomore album The Art Of Loving returns to No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, marking its fifth non-consecutive week at the summit and extending its long-running chart impact in Australia.
On the singles side, Dean’s momentum is even stronger. “Man I Need” holds the No. 1 position on the ARIA Singles Chart for a seventh consecutive week. With this run, the track becomes the longest-running No. 1 single by a solo female artist since Sabrina Carpenter’s “Taste” ruled the chart for eight weeks in 2024. It is also the longest reign by a female English artist since Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” spent nine weeks at No. 1 in 2022.
Beyond the chart-toppers, Dean’s broader catalog continues to perform strongly in the Land Down Under. She places two additional tracks inside the top ten this week, with “So Easy (To Fall In Love)” at No. 7 and “Nice To Each Other” at No. 9.
This week’s ARIA Albums top ten is notable for its stability, as every entry is a former No. 1 release. Taylor Swift appears twice with The Life Of A Showgirl at No. 2 and The Tortured Poets Department at No. 7, while Sabrina Carpenter also claims two spots with Man’s Best Friend at No. 4 and Short N’ Sweet at No. 5.
Elsewhere on the chart, $uicideBoy$ score the highest debut of the week. Their sixth studio album, Thy Will Be Done, enters at No. 32.
