Kanye West has finally delivered BULLY (Deluxe). After missing its announced June 19 release window and triggering hours of speculation across social media, the expanded edition of Ye’s latest album is now available on streaming platforms.

The delayed arrival immediately sparked familiar reactions from fans. For longtime followers of West’s career, the situation felt familiar. Few artists have built a reputation for unpredictable rollouts quite like Ye.

The road to BULLY (Deluxe) began months ago. Rumors intensified on April 3 when attendees at an after-party following West’s second performance at SoFi Stadium heard an unreleased collaboration with Don Toliver.

Two days later, on April 5, Ye’s label Gamma added fuel to the speculation by posting a graphic celebrating the commercial performance of BULLY alongside a short but significant message: “Bully Deluxe on the way.”

Momentum increased again on June 8. Shortly after completing the second night of his sold-out birthday concerts at GelreDome Stadium in Arnhem, Netherlands, West released “GEMINI SEASON.” The song’s music video description included confirmation that BULLY (Deluxe) would arrive on June 19, giving fans their first concrete release date.

Still, uncertainty remained. West never revealed a full tracklist, artwork, running time, or guest list in advance. As June 19 arrived and passed without the project appearing on major streaming services, concerns about another delay grew quickly.

The original BULLY proved to be one of West’s strongest commercial launches of the decade. Released on March 28 through YZY and Gamma, the project debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 152,000 equivalent album units. Its impact extended beyond the albums chart, with 16 of its 18 tracks entering the Billboard Hot 100 during release week.

BULLY (Deluxe) is now streaming on major platforms.
