ATEEZ may be preparing to open another chapter of their story. The group has shared a cryptic message alongside two mysterious images, prompting speculation that a new comeback could be on the way for the final stretch of 2026.
“The journey will be endless, eternal, and infinite. And still, I choose to begin,” ATEEZ wrote in the teaser. The wording immediately points toward a new beginning, while also fitting the group’s long-running use of cinematic storytelling and lore-driven concepts.

The accompanying images add another layer to the mystery. One shows what appears to be a high-tech spaceship cockpit looking out toward a cloudy sky, while the second depicts a dark, fog-covered nighttime setting with two silhouetted figures standing near a large tree.
No official comeback date, album title or additional details have been revealed yet, leaving the teaser open to interpretation. Still, the combination of the “choose to begin” message and the futuristic imagery strongly suggests that ATEEZ is beginning to introduce a new era rather than simply sharing standalone content.
The timing would also make sense for another major release. ATEEZ most recently returned with GOLDEN HOUR: Part.5, which arrived in June and immediately expanded their already formidable U.S. chart record.
GOLDEN HOUR: Part.5 debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 dated July 5, 2026, with 228,000 equivalent album units. The result gave ATEEZ their third chart-topper on the Billboard 200 and their biggest U.S. sales week to date.
The album’s performance also pushed ATEEZ into an elite Billboard milestone. With nine Top 10 entries on the Billboard 200, the group matched BTS for the most Top 10 albums among Korean acts in the chart’s history. Earlier projects including THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL and GOLDEN HOUR: Part.2 also reached No. 1, while other installments from their major series continued to secure Top 10 placements.
