CORTIS are taking their first world tour beyond the arena stage. The fast-rising K-pop group has announced that their PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN concert in Los Angeles will be broadcast to cinemas across 29 countries and regions through a special live viewing event on August 13.
According to an announcement reported by Naver, the 2026 CORTIS TOUR – PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN IN NORTH AMERICA concert at YouTube Theater in Los Angeles will be screened live in approximately 870 theaters worldwide, allowing fans unable to attend in person to experience the performance in real time. Depending on regional time zones, some screenings will air on a delayed schedule.
The live viewing experience will include more than just the concert itself. Organizers have prepared 30 minutes of exclusive pre-show content created specifically for theater audiences before the performance begins, giving fans additional behind-the-scenes material ahead of the main event.
Fans attending in Los Angeles will also have another viewing option. A special LIVE VIEWING PARTY will take place at Burmont Hollywood, where attendees can watch the concert in a standing-room environment designed to recreate the energy of a live show.
The announcement adds another milestone to what has quickly become a breakout year for CORTIS. The PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN World Tour officially launched with two sold-out performances at Inspire Arena in Incheon on July 18 and 19, marking the group’s first global trek. The concept encourages concertgoers to stay present and experience each performance rather than viewing it through a smartphone screen.
Momentum has continued to build throughout 2026. CORTIS earned their biggest commercial success yet with the release of their second EP, GreenGreen, on May 4 through Big Hit Music. Powered by the breakout single “REDRED,” the project debuted at No. 1 on South Korea’s Circle Album Chart before climbing to No. 3 on the Billboard 200, while the single reached No. 36 on Spotify’s Global Chart, introducing the rookie group to a rapidly expanding international audience.
The North American leg begins on August 4 in Toronto before visiting New York, Atlanta, Irving, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Following those six shows, CORTIS will return to South Korea for a two-night Birthday Party event on August 22 and 23 before concluding the tour with three performances at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa, Japan, from September 4 through September 6.
