It’s time to refresh your playlist with some exciting new releases! This New Music Friday is shaping up to be one of the best in 2024, as several new albums are dropping tonight. First, Shawn Mendes unveils his fifth studio album, Shawn. Preceded by singles like “Why Why Why,” “Isn’t That Enough,” “Nobody Knows,” and “Heart of Gold,” the 12-track LP showcases the pop star’s most personal work yet, born from a period of creative struggle.
Tate McRae has just announced her third studio album, So Close To What, and released “2 Hands” as its second single, following the lead “It’s Ok I’m Ok.” An accompanying music video is also out.
Fans of Juice WRLD can enjoy a new posthumous track from the rapper. Titled “All Girls Are The Same 2 (Insecure),” this fresh release features none other than Nicki Minaj and Halsey.
