Rosalía is expanding her latest era in real time. The Spanish star has announced that “Lux Deluxe,” an extended edition of her 2025 album Lux, will drop tonight, adding new material to one of the most critically acclaimed releases of the past year.

The surprise reveal arrived via social media, where Rosalía shared a series of images from what appears to be a music video set, hinting that a visual component could accompany the release. Alongside the announcement, she confirmed that the deluxe edition will include three new tracks—“Focu ’Ranni,” “Jeanne,” and “Novia Robot”—as well as an extended version of “Dios Es Un Stalker.”

Currently, Rosalía is in Barcelona for the Lux Tour, where she is set to perform the third of four consecutive shows at Palau Sant Jordi on April 17. The rollout effectively turns the live run into a launchpad for the expanded project.

Originally released on November 7, 2025, Lux marked a defining artistic leap. Recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Daníel Bjarnason, the album blended orchestral composition with contemporary pop structures. Its 18-track physical edition explored themes of spirituality, transformation, and feminine mystique, drawing inspiration from figures such as Hildegard of Bingen and Rabia Al-Adawiya, while incorporating lyrics in 14 different languages.

Critical response matched its ambition. Lux became the second best-reviewed album of 2025 on Metacritic and ranked among the platform’s top-rated albums of all time. Commercially, it also set a new benchmark on Spotify, logging 42.1 million streams in a single day, the highest for a female Spanish-language artist.
