At just 20 years old, Bella Kay has spent the past two years building momentum through emotionally raw songwriting, viral success, and a rapidly growing global audience.

The Texas-born artist first broke through with “The Sick,” a ballad that has generated more than 195 million streams and over 2.5 billion views across TikTok. That breakthrough laid the foundation for an increasingly impressive run that has transformed her from an emerging songwriter into one of pop’s most closely watched new names.

Earlier this year, Bella released a couple minutes out, a project that further elevated her profile thanks to the breakout success of “iloveitiloveitiloveit.” The track became a streaming phenomenon, earning an American Music Awards nomination for Song of the Summer, landing on the Billboard Hot 100, and accumulating more than 300 million streams on Spotify.

Her latest batch of releases has offered an early glimpse into the emotional and sonic direction of My Reckless Abandon. The recently released collection are you mad at me? featured “Promise?”, “Say It Say,” and “STOP,” showcasing Bella’s ability to balance vulnerability with infectious pop hooks.

Success hasn’t been limited to streaming. Bella recently wrapped a sold-out UK and European headline tour, followed by her first U.S. headline run that concluded on June 16 at The Roxy in Los Angeles. She now has a packed summer ahead, including a performance at Lollapalooza.
