Hosts and Presenters

The show will be graced by hosts Luke Bryan and NFL star Peyton Manning for the second consecutive year. The list of presenters was revealed on November 6 and boasts some of the biggest names in the country music industry. These include Paula Abdul, Bill Anderson, Nate Bargatze, Kevin Cahoon, Jordan Davis, Cynthia Erivo, Sara Evans, Brian Kelley, Lady A, Martina McBride, Parker McCollum, Craig Morgan, Darius Rucker, Corey Seager, Gerry Turner, Keith Urban, Hailey Whitters, and Chris Young.

The Bridgestone Arena stage will feature numerous country music stars. Host Luke Bryan will delight the audience with a medley of his greatest hits, including “Country Girl (Shake It for Me)” and “Huntin’, Fishin’, and Lovin’ Every Day.” Post Malone will join HARDY and Morgan Wallen for a medley of country music classics. The night will also include a special performance where Kenny Chesney, Mac McAnally, Alan Jackson, and Zac Brown Band will pay tribute to the late music icon, Jimmy Buffet. Other artists like Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, and Lainey Wilson will grace the stage with their performances.

The nominations for the 57th Annual Country Music Association Awards were revealed on September 7, with Lainey Wilson leading the pack with nine nominations. This marked a significant milestone as she became the first and only artist to top the nominations list in their first two appearances on the final list of nominees. Additionally, Lainey Wilson is the first new female artist to be nominated for Entertainer of the Year since Carrie Underwood and the first artist to have two songs nominated for Single of the Year since 2010.

In a historic first for the CMA, this marks the fourth consecutive year that two women, Carrie Underwood and Lainey Wilson, are nominated for Entertainer of the Year.

Brooks & Dunn have been nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year, and if they win, they will extend their record for the most wins in CMA history, currently standing at 18, breaking a tie with Vince Gill.

Miranda Lambert, who earned a nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year, now ties with Martina McBride for the second most nominations in the category (17), just one less than Reba McEntire. Additionally, if she secures the award, she will extend her record for the most wins among female artists and become the first woman to win 15 CMA Awards.

Little Big Town has the longest consecutive nomination streak for Vocal Group of the Year, with 18 years in a row. Old Dominion has also been nominated in the same category, and a win would tie them with the Statler Brothers, Little Big Town, and Rascal Flatts for the longest win streak in the category with six.

Finally, Luke Combs, Kip Moore, and Morgan Wallen are vying for the International Artist Achievement Award. The Global Country Artist Award will see Australian country-rock singer Casey Barnes, New Zealand’s Kaylee Bell, and Canadian artist Tebey in contention.
