Harry Styles closed his record-breaking Wembley Stadium residency with an emotional tribute to his former One Direction bandmates, taking a moment on the final night of his London run to thank the people who helped shape his career.
Addressing the sold-out crowd on Friday, July 4, Styles reflected on the journey that brought him to one of the biggest milestones of his solo career before mentioning each of his former bandmates by name, including the late Liam Payne.
“I wanna thank my 4 friends,” Styles told the audience. “I wanna thank Niall, Louis, Zayn and Liam. Nights like these couldn’t happen without every friendship, I wouldn’t be up here without my friends and family, some of who are here tonight.”
The speech capped an extraordinary 12-night residency at Wembley Stadium as part of the Together, Together Tour, which supports his fourth studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally., released in March 2026. The residency officially surpassed Coldplay’s previous record of 10 Wembley shows in a single year, making Styles the artist with the most performances at the venue during a single calendar year.
Instead of a traditional city-to-city world tour, the Together, Together Tour revolves around extended residencies in only seven markets. Following London, Styles will shift his attention to the South America for a 10-night residency between São Paulo and Mexico City.
