Jennie has delivered one of the most successful songs of 2025 so far. The K-pop idol has fans rocking to the infectious beat of “Like Jennie,” which was released on March 7 as the fourth single from her acclaimed debut album Ruby. The song has achieved massive streaming success, peaking at No. 5 on the Daily Global Spotify chart and amassing more than 250 million streams. Additionally, “Like Jennie” has consistently remained in the top 10 on the Spotify chart, logging an impressive 50-day run in the region. This feat makes Jennie the first K-pop artist to have multiple songs spend at least 50 days in Spotify’s global Top 10.

This achievement adds to a series of other streaming milestones Jennie has reached. “Like Jennie” has become the fourth longest-charting solo song by a K-pop soloist on the Spotify US chart (64 days), surpassing Jungkook’s “Standing Next to You.” In addition, Ruby has already surpassed 1 billion streams, while Jennie has become the fastest female K-pop act to reach 1.5 billion streams on Spotify in a single calendar year (131 days), breaking the previous record held by BLACKPINK (153 days).

Beyond its streaming success, “Like Jennie” has also been a commercial hit. Upon its release, the song peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Global 200 and No. 3 on the Global Excl. US, becoming Jennie’s fourth and fifth top-10 hits on those charts, respectively. On the Billboard Hot 100, it reached a peak of No. 83 and entered the top 40 in the UK. In Canada, “Like Jennie” is already certified Gold, with over 40,000 units sold.
