JENNIE’s highly anticipated debut album, Ruby, has made a major impact, selling more than 1 million copies worldwide in its first week, according to Hits Daily Double. Released under her independent label ODDATELIER and Columbia Records, the album marks a significant milestone in the BLACKPINK member’s solo career. Among its standout tracks are “Mantra,” the top 10 single “Like JENNIE,” and “Handlebars” featuring Dua Lipa. The album also includes collaborations with Childish Gambino, Kali Uchis, and Doechii.

Ruby debuted strong on global charts, securing the No. 2 spot in Australia, Belgium, South Korea, and New Zealand. It also achieved a No. 3 entry in the U.K. and landed in the top 10 in France (No. 4), Japan and the Netherlands (No. 5), and Germany (No. 6). In the U.S., it debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 with 56,000 album units, making JENNIE one of the few K-pop soloists to achieve such a high ranking on the U.S. charts.
Beyond album sales, Ruby has also cemented JENNIE’s dominance in streaming. She recently became the most-streamed female K-pop soloist on Spotify, surpassing her BLACKPINK bandmate Lisa with over 3.6 billion total streams.
