Karol G is giving fans one more surprise before the release of her new album, No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto. Just hours before the record arrives on August 7, the Colombian superstar revealed that her highly anticipated collaboration with Bruno Mars, “Still,” will be performed entirely in English.
In a new video shared across her social media platforms, Karol G opened up about stepping outside her comfort zone while explaining that the song came together naturally rather than as a calculated crossover attempt.
“I’ve always been open to making music in other languages, without pressure, if it flows in an organic way,” she said. “This song found me. Thank you, Bruno Mars for the magic of this song and for feeling it with me. You’re incredible.”
The announcement immediately fueled excitement surrounding No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto, which officially launches Friday. Earlier this week, Karol G unveiled the album’s complete 14-track lineup, confirming collaborations with Drake on “Ahí,” Bruno Mars on “Still,” Greg Gonzalez on “Después de ti,” and Spanish artists Judeline and Rusowsky on “BbY WOW.”
“Still” has quickly emerged as one of the project’s most anticipated songs. While Karol G has experimented with bilingual music throughout her career, an entirely English-language duet with Bruno Mars marks a significant moment in her discography.
The new album represents the follow-up to Tropicoqueta, which arrived on June 20, 2025, and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart while reaching the top three of the Billboard 200 with 57,000 equivalent album units during its opening week. The project later earned a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Pop Album, while “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido” took home Latin Grammy Song of the Year.
Karol G officially announced No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto during her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour stop at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium on July 29, becoming the first female solo artist to headline the venue. The rollout began with the emotional Greg Gonzalez collaboration “Después de ti” before shifting into higher gear with “Matadora,” released on July 24 alongside the opening night of the tour. The reggaeton anthem debuted at No. 91 on the Billboard Hot 100 and also reached Spotify’s Daily Global Chart.
