Lil Wayne launched his highly anticipated Tha Carter VI Tour with an electrifying opening night at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The show coincided with the release of his 14th studio album, Tha Carter VI, and celebrated more than two decades since the debut of his groundbreaking Tha Carter series. Tickets went on sale to the public on June 6,—the same day the album dropped—and are available through official ticket vendors and Lil Wayne’s website.

Spanning 34 cities across North America, the tour will run through October 2, 2025, wrapping up in West Palm Beach, Florida. But this isn’t just a victory lap for a new project—it’s a full-scale tribute to Wayne’s legacy. Since the release of the original Tha Carter in 2004, he’s cemented himself as one of the most influential voices in hip-hop. The tour also features special guests including Tyga and Belly Gang Kushington on select dates, adding even more energy to an already stacked lineup.
