LISA made a decisive return to the Coachella stage on April 17, joining Anyma for a surprise performance of “Bad Angel.” The appearance arrived one week after their planned debut was scrapped due to severe weather, turning weekend two into a redemption moment with far higher stakes.

Crowd anticipation had been building since Anyma’s ambitious ÆDEN concept was first announced, a visually driven set designed to merge electronic music with cinematic world-building. That vision fully materialized on Friday night at the Empire Polo Club, where towering digital structures and hyper-real visuals framed the performance. Midway through the set, LISA emerged to perform “Bad Angel.”

Energy shifted instantly. Her entrance was timed with the reveal of a massive angelic avatar projected behind the stage, mirroring her movements in real time. The contrast between the track’s brooding tone and the celestial imagery created one of the most striking visual moments of the weekend. Fans packed into the main stage field were stunned, while streamers were treated to a unique visual effect. A giant avatar of Lisa swept across the stage.

For LISA, the performance adds another milestone to her Coachella trajectory. After making her solo debut at the festival in 2025 with a full set at the Sahara Tent—where she introduced tracks like “Born Again” and “Elastigirl” from Alter Ego—this year’s guest appearance marks her second consecutive showing. That run positions her as the first K-pop artist to perform at Coachella two years in a row.
