In a recent interview with Audacy, BLACKPINK’s Lisa revealed her aspirations for an exciting new collaboration: working with Doja Cat. The 27-year-old superstar is having an incredible year with her recent releases, and she has clear intentions for the future.
The K-pop star didn’t shy away from expressing her admiration for the American rapper, whose genre-blending style and unique persona have made her one of the top artists of the 2020s. “For now, it’s Doja Cat,” Lisa shared during the interview. “I love her. Doja Cat, for sure, is my next goal.”

Lisa’s expressed desire to work with Doja Cat has sparked excitement among fans. “Lisa said she wants to collaborate with Doja Cat, and we are here for it,” a fan shared on X/Twitter. “This collaboration is a need and a want. The chemistry will go so hard,” another posted.
This isn’t the first time Lisa has shown her appreciation for the “Kiss Me More” singer. Earlier this year, the “Moonlit Floor” singer attended Coachella Festival to see Doja’s headlining set. Additionally, an old video resurfaced showing Lisa answering “Mooo! by Doja Cat” when asked, “What’s the last song you listened to?”
While fans are eager to hear more about a potential collaboration between these two powerhouses, both Lisa and Doja Cat have already released hit music this year. Lisa dropped three successful singles, “Rockstar,” “New Woman,” and “Moonlit Floor,” while Doja released Scarlet 2 Claude in May, the deluxe edition of her 2023 album Scarlet.
