The 2025 MTV Video Music Awards will include a powerful tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne, one of rock’s most iconic and influential figures. MTV has announced that Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, Yungblud, and Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt will join forces for a one-night-only performance celebrating the Prince of Darkness.
The tribute is set for September 7 at UBS Arena in New York, where the VMAs will broadcast live across MTV, CBS, and Paramount+.
