Taylor Swift has reclaimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 with The Life of a Showgirl, which rises from No. 3 to the top, securing its eighth nonconsecutive week at No. 1. According to Billboard, the album earned 99,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. during the week ending December 4.
Below Swift, the upper tier of the Billboard 200 remains highly competitive, driven by a mix of country, K-pop, and soundtrack releases. Morgan Wallen’s former chart-topper I’m the Problem climbs 4–2 with 71,000 units. The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack maintains strong momentum at No. 3 with 66,000 units, while Stray Kids’ DO IT drops from No. 1 to No. 4 in its second week with 64,000 units.
The holiday season is also reshaping the chart landscape. Michael Bublé’s perennial favorite Christmas returns to the top 10, jumping 12–6 with 58,000 units, fueled heavily by streaming. Bing Crosby’s Ultimate Christmas follows suit, rising 16–7 with 52,000 units. The Vince Guaraldi Trio’s A Charlie Brown Christmas also makes a notable leap back into the top 10, climbing 18–9 with 46,000 units.
Rounding out the top 10 is Tate McRae’s So Close to What, which slips 6–10 with 44,000 units.
