Halloween 2026 brought out some of pop music’s most creative transformations, with LISA, JISOO, Jennie, Olivia Rodrigo, Harry Styles and Karol G among the artists turning October 31 into a showcase of elaborate costumes and pop-culture references. From anime and superhero cosplay to cinematic recreations and a surprisingly accurate tribute to New York’s famous pizza rat, this year’s looks covered just about every corner of entertainment.
BLACKPINK delivered three distinct interpretations of Halloween. LISA transformed into a gothic mermaid, complete with a reflective scaled tail, jeweled crown, claw-like nails and dramatic blue-toned makeup. Sharing the photos with the caption “Siren’s calling…,” she continued her tradition of treating the holiday as an opportunity for elaborate visual storytelling.

Jennie went in a completely different direction, recreating Suki, the street racer portrayed by Devon Aoki in 2 Fast 2 Furious. Her purple crop top, hot-pink leather pants, chunky belt and long, straight light-brown hair captured the early-2000s aesthetic of the character. Meanwhile, JISOO stepped into the world of anime as Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, sporting a silver-and-pink bob, futuristic black outfit and striking makeup inspired by the series.
Karol G also embraced animation, transforming into Emily from Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride. Blue skin, a tattered wedding dress, veil and flower crown completed the instantly recognizable look, bringing the film’s gothic aesthetic into real life.
Olivia Rodrigo made Halloween part of her Unraveled Tour stop in Columbus, Ohio, with several costume changes throughout the show. A Marie Antoinette-inspired blue mini dress and elaborate powdered wig gave way to a playful honeybee outfit featuring yellow wings, striped clothing and antennae. She also brought back the theatrical magic of her water-reactive pink Hussein Chalayan dress during “The Cure,” as stage rain revealed a black skeleton-print bodysuit underneath.
Harry Styles, meanwhile, delivered one of the night’s most unexpected transformations during the first Harryween show at Madison Square Garden. The singer dressed as none other than the iconic Elvis Presley.
Elsewhere, KATSEYE brought DC Comics characters to their WildWorld Tour stop in Montreal. Daniela became Wonder Woman, Megan transformed into Poison Ivy, Lara took on Catwoman and Yoonchae appeared as Harley Quinn. The group’s superhero-inspired looks turned the concert into a coordinated Halloween celebration.
Not every costume relied on fantasy. Lily Allen poked fun at the Ticketmaster controversy surrounding her tour with an outfit covered in blue dots, referencing the platform’s seat-map markers for unsold tickets. Sombr, on the other hand, channeled Patrick Bateman from American Psycho, complete with a pinstripe suit, transparent raincoat, fake blood and retro headphones.
From meticulously recreated movie characters to pointed industry jokes, Halloween 2026 gave artists plenty of room to show their personalities beyond the music.
