Coi Leray is embracing every side of herself on her next album. The Grammy-nominated rapper and singer announced on November 6 that her third studio album, MULTI., will arrive February 26, 2027, marking her first full-length release since signing with Epic Records.

The title captures the record’s central idea: bringing her different identities and sounds together rather than presenting a completely new version of the artist fans already know. “I was never meant to fit in one box” she explained. “Multi-talented. Multi-faceted. Multi-dimensional. Multi.”

The cover art makes the idea visual, assembling 12 portraits of Leray, each with a different look, mood and expression. She began teasing the era in September with a cinematic mock press conference staged around questions about her career. The November 6 announcement brings the title, release date and pre-order and pre-save campaign into focus.

The news also arrives with “Spin Back,” a new single produced by WhoisRodny, JP Beatz and J Roc Stream. Built around dance-leaning, melodic production, the track carries an emotional undercurrent as Coi Leray considers the possibility of reconnecting with a former love. It follows “Nothing Into Something,” her uptempo collaboration with Diplo, and hints at the range she wants MULTI. to represent.

The album follows Trendsetter, her 2022 debut, which peaked at No. 89 on the Billboard 200, and COI, released June 23, 2023. The latter reached No. 102 on the Billboard 200 and No. 45 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, while its platinum single “Players” climbed to No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100. Between those projects and MULTI., Coi Leray released the vulnerable, feature-free Blue Moon in 2023, Lemon Cars in 2024 and What Happened to Forever? in February 2025, her first project under Epic after leaving Republic.
