Drake may be about to rewrite another chapter of Billboard history. New projections indicate that ICEMAN is expected to produce 10 simultaneous top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, a feat that would tie the all-time record currently shared by three Taylor Swift albums: Midnights, The Tortured Poets Department, and The Life of a Showgirl.
If finalized when Billboard updates next week’s chart, ICEMAN would officially join one of the most exclusive commercial clubs in modern music history. The achievement would also mark Drake’s return to the center of the Hot 100 conversation after previously holding the record himself with nine top 10 entries from Certified Lover Boy in 2021 before Swift surpassed the mark a year later.
Momentum surrounding ICEMAN has exploded since the rapper surprise-released the album on May 15 alongside companion projects Maid of Honour and Habibti. Across the three records, Drake delivered 43 new tracks spanning trap, melodic rap, dancehall, R&B, and club production, triggering one of the largest streaming openings ever recorded.
Spotify confirmed that ICEMAN debuted with 140.2 million first-day global streams, instantly becoming the biggest album launch of 2026 and the second-largest hip-hop debut in Spotify history behind only Certified Lover Boy. Drake now officially owns the platform’s two biggest rap album debuts ever.
The scale of the streaming response immediately translated into chart projections. According to Hits Daily Double, ICEMAN is currently aiming for roughly 475,000 equivalent album units in its opening week, while Maid of Honour and Habibti are both projected to debut with around 120,000 units each. Those numbers would make Drake the first artist ever to simultaneously debut three albums inside the Billboard 200 top three.
The Hot 100 outlook may prove equally overwhelming. “Make Them Cry,” the album’s explosive opener, already broke Spotify’s record for the biggest single streaming day ever for a hip-hop song after debuting with 13.2 million streams globally. Elsewhere, tracks including “Dust,” “Ran To Atlanta” featuring Future and Molly Santana, and “Whisper My Name” have dominated streaming rankings throughout the week.
Taylor Swift’s current record has become one of the defining commercial benchmarks of the streaming era. Midnights made history in October 2022 when Swift became the first artist ever to occupy the entire Billboard Hot 100 top 10 simultaneously. She later extended that dominance with The Tortured Poets Department in 2024, which controlled the top 14 positions, before repeating similar chart saturation again with The Life of a Showgirl in 2025.
