Released on October 30, “ADDICTED” arrived alongside a visually striking music video that highlights JISOO’s evolving artistic identity. The electronic pop track combines a pulsing, synth-heavy bassline with atmospheric production and breathy vocals, building around the intoxicating feeling of becoming completely consumed by attraction.

The song’s reception has also translated into early streaming and chart activity. “ADDICTED” debuted at No. 195 on Spotify’s Daily Global chart with 1.24 million streams, while its music video became the No. 1 trending music video on YouTube. The single has also entered the top 20 on the U.S. iTunes chart, adding another early milestone to its release week.

In the accompanying visual, JISOO moves through kaleidoscopic settings filled with reflective surfaces, dramatic lighting and contrasting red-and-white imagery. Her fashion choices provide some of the video’s defining moments, including a sleek pink hairstyle, a black lace outfit with cat ears and several crystal-adorned ensembles. The result gives “ADDICTED” a distinct visual identity without relying on a conventional storyline.

Mariah Carey finished second in the InMusic poll, collecting 6% of the votes with Glitter (25th Anniversary). Gracie Abrams’ “Here You Come, There You Go” and IVE’s Looks Can Kill each received 1%, placing them behind JISOO by a considerable margin.
