JISOO is closing out October with a new solo release, and she is doing it in style. The BLACKPINK star has officially unveiled “ADDICTED,” an electronic pop track accompanied by a visually striking music video that sees her explore a series of bold looks and captivating settings.

Driven by a pulsing, synth-heavy bassline, slick electronic production and JISOO’s confident, breathy vocals, “ADDICTED” leans into the intoxicating feeling of falling completely under someone’s spell. Its high-energy arrangement combines deep, driving rhythms with atmospheric textures, creating an immersive sound that builds around the sensation of losing control to an irresistible connection. The repeated hook, “You got me so addicted,” captures the song’s central theme of overwhelming attraction and the willingness to surrender to desire.

The accompanying music video brings that intensity to life through kaleidoscopic dimensions, reflective surfaces and dramatic lighting. Rather than following a conventional storyline, the visual moves between different environments and versions of JISOO, turning the K-pop idol into the central figure of a dazzling, constantly shifting world. Geometric mirrored boxes and water reflections establish an almost surreal atmosphere, while contrasting crimson red and stark white imagery reinforces the video’s hypnotic aesthetic.

JISOO also delivers a series of memorable fashion moments throughout the visual. Sporting sleek pink hair, she lounges on a bold red couch before transitioning into a darker look featuring black lace and cat ears. Other scenes place her in shimmering, crystal-adorned ensembles beneath cascading lights, highlighting the production’s glamorous approach.

“ADDICTED” was announced on October 24 through her agency, BLISSOO, giving fans less than a week to anticipate its arrival. Its promotional campaign introduced a dramatic purple aesthetic featuring stormy skies and a distinctive lightning-shaped heart, a noticeable departure from the colorful carnival imagery surrounding her previous single, “CLICK.”

The new track follows “CLICK,” which arrived September 4 as the lead single from JISOO’s forthcoming debut solo studio album. Co-written with Nolan Lambroza, Simon Says, Caroline Ailin and Simon Wilcox, the song reached No. 3 on the worldwide iTunes chart, topped rankings in nine regions and entered the top 10 in 43 territories. Its physical CD and NFC editions surpassed 100,000 copies on South Korea’s Circle Chart, while its Joseph Kahn-directed music video has accumulated more than 54 million YouTube views.
