LISA is bringing her upcoming EP PRESS PLAY to Los Angeles with a free pop-up experience on October 23 and 24, giving fans an opportunity to explore the project through exclusive merchandise, unreleased visuals and an immersive audio installation. Organized in collaboration with IYK and LLOUD, the event will take place at 530 N Western Ave, running from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time on both days, with fans required to RSVP for entry.
The announcement arrives just days before PRESS PLAY officially drops on October 23 through LLOUD and RCA Records. The six-track release has already generated substantial anticipation, surpassing 600,000 pre-saves on Spotify and becoming the platform’s most pre-saved release. The Los Angeles event offers fans a chance to experience the project around its release date, with a format that goes beyond a conventional promotional pop-up.

At the center of the activation is the PRESS PLAY SonoTile experience, which uses IYK’s audio technology to create a more interactive way for fans to engage with LISA’s music. The event will also feature exclusive merchandise and never-before-seen visuals connected to the new era. Attendance is free, but fans must complete the RSVP form to secure entry.
The pop-up will open as LISA prepares to introduce the next chapter of her solo career following Alter Ego, her 2025 debut solo album, which peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard 200. PRESS PLAY contains six tracks: “SaWaDiKa,” “V12,” “Cobra,” “Tarantino,” “Cut U Off” and “Sweat.” The project’s second single, “Tarantino,” is scheduled to arrive alongside its music video on October 23, the same day the EP and Los Angeles activation launch.
Lead single “SaWaDiKa” established the cultural direction of the project when it arrived on September 4. Inspired by the Thai greeting “sawatdi kha,” the dance-pop track incorporates elements connected to LISA’s Thai roots and introduces the themes she has explored while shaping the new release. Its music video, filmed in Bangkok and directed by Joseph Kahn, drew approximately 70.8 million views in its first 24 hours. The song also debuted at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100, extending LISA’s record of chart appearances among female K-pop soloists at the time.
During her September 16 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, LISA discussed how PRESS PLAY reflects her journey from her Thai background to the person she has become. That emphasis on identity is expected to carry through the project’s music and visual presentation, giving the pop-up an additional role in introducing fans to the ideas behind the release.
Fans planning to attend can RSVP through the official event form at forms.iyk.app/LISA. The event runs October 23–24 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 530 N Western Ave in Los Angeles, with free admission subject to the RSVP requirements.
