LISA has broken another major YouTube record with “SaWaDiKa.” The BLACKPINK star’s latest solo music video has surpassed 100 million views in just over 48 hours, making it the fastest music video by any act to reach the milestone in 2026.
The achievement adds another major streaming milestone to the opening days of LISA’s PRESS PLAY era. Released on September 3, “SaWaDiKa” had already delivered the biggest 24-hour music-video debut of 2026, with 70.8 million views, and became the second-biggest 24-hour debut by a soloist in YouTube history.

Only LISA herself stands ahead of the new release. Her 2021 solo debut “LALISA” reached 100 million views even faster, making “SaWaDiKa” the second-fastest music video by a solo artist to hit the milestone on YouTube. With the new achievement, LISA has now placed two of her solo releases among the platform’s fastest 100 million-view videos.
“SaWaDiKa” also follows an unusually strong first day across multiple platforms. The track opened at No. 13 on Spotify’s Daily Global Chart with 2.787 million streams, giving LISA the biggest debut by a K-pop soloist on Spotify in 2026. It also reached No. 53 on the U.S. Spotify chart with 466,000 streams.
The YouTube performance is particularly notable because of how quickly the video moved from its opening-day figure to the 100 million mark. At 70.8 million views after 24 hours, “SaWaDiKa” needed roughly another 29 million views to reach the milestone, ultimately doing so in a little more than two days.
The visual itself places LISA’s Thai identity at the center of the new era. “SaWaDiKa,” named after the traditional Thai greeting “Sawatdee ka,” combines bass-heavy hip-hop and trap production with rapid-fire rap verses and a chant-driven hook. Its video incorporates Thai-inspired imagery, Muay Thai references, tuk-tuks, elaborate styling and choreography, connecting the global scale of LISA’s solo career with the culture she grew up in.
The record comes less than two years after LISA expanded her solo career beyond BLACKPINK with a string of international collaborations and singles. Her 2025 album Alter Ego debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 and included “Rockstar,” “New Woman” featuring Rosalía and “Born Again” with Doja Cat and RAYE.
