Bryson Tiller has officially completed his ambitious double album with the release of Solace, the second half of a project that shows two sides of his artistry. In August, the Louisville native dropped The Vices, a sharp, high-energy record that leaned heavily on rap influences, bringing in guest features from Rick Ross, T-Pain, Plies, Bun B, Luh Tyler, BossMan Dlow, and Baby Drill. That first installment was bold, brash, and unapologetically street-focused.

With Solace, however, Tiller takes a more intimate and reflective approach, returning to the R&B roots that first made him a household name with TRAPSOUL. The album feels personal and carefully crafted, closing with an emotional outro featuring a message from his daughter Harley. While softer in tone, Solace doesn’t abandon hip-hop completely—tracks like “Crocodile Tears” and “Genuine” carry rap’s energy, proving that Tiller’s versatility is still front and center.

Here is our ranking of all 12 tracks from Bryson Tiller’s Solace.
