IVE have returned with their newest project, IVE SECRET, released on August 25, alongside the energetic music video for its title track “XOXZ.” The EP arrives during a remarkably busy period for the group, following their Japanese single Be Alright less than a month ago. It also comes just six months after their chart-topping EP IVE Empathy, which secured the No. 1 spot on South Korea’s Circle Chart. With IVE SECRET, the group continues experimenting with the confident pop sound that has made them one of K-pop’s most globally recognized acts.
Beyond their recorded music, IVE have been making history on the live stage. Their recent performances at Lollapalooza Berlin and Lollapalooza Paris marked another milestone, making them the first K-pop group to perform at three Lollapalooza festivals in two consecutive years.
In this article, we rank the best songs from IVE SECRET.
