The first half of 2025 brought us several exciting and diverse K‑Pop releases. i‑dle, formerly known as (G)I‑DLE, unleashed their sixth Korean EP We Are. Rising rookie group ILLIT followed up with their third 5‑track EP Bomb under BELIFT LAB, continuing their rapid ascent in the fourth-gen scene.

Red Velvet’s Seulgi pulled double duty—first teaming up with fellow member Irene for their joint mini album Tilt, then branching out with her second solo project Accidentally on Purpose.

ITZY’s Yeji officially launched her solo career with the confident and polished debut EP Air, while her groupmates ITZY also returned as a full unit with the EP Girls Will Be Girls.

Among the most acclaimed releases were BTS member Jin’s emotionally resonant solo EP Echo and BLACKPINK’s JISOO, who returned with the dreamy and critically praised AMORTAGE, which solidified her presence as a soloist.

Notably, this list excludes LISA’s Alter Ego and JENNIE’s Ruby, as these records—released through Western labels and performed primarily in English—fall outside the traditional boundaries of what defines a K‑Pop album.
