Released in 2014, “Sucker” was Charli XCX’s second studio album, characterized by its punk-infused pop sound and rebellious energy. It included hits like “Boom Clap” and “Break the Rules,” which helped Charli make a name for herself.

Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album “Sour” arrived nearly a decade later. Released in 2021, the LP quickly became a cultural phenomenon. Filled with angst, heartbreak, and catchy melodies, “Sour” struck a chord with a wide audience, particularly young listeners navigating similar emotional landscapes. Tracks like “drivers license,” “good 4 u,” and “deja vu” dominated charts and went viral on social media, showcasing Olivia’s talent and propelling her as one of the biggest rising stars in the music industry.
