Demi Lovato has officially unveiled the full tracklist for her highly anticipated new album, It’s Not That Deep, and released its third single, “Kiss.” The 11-track record, executive produced by Zhone and arriving October 24 via DLG Recordings/Island Records, marks a confident return to the pop sound that first made Lovato a global star.

The newly announced tracklist includes previously released singles “Fast” and “Here All Night,” both of which set the tone for Lovato’s latest reinvention — sleek, sensual, and unapologetically fun.

7. Say It

8. In My Head

Lovato’s new single “Kiss”, released today (October 10), continues her embrace of dance-pop, blending shimmering synths, pulsating beats, and sultry vocals. It follows the high-energy club track “Fast” and the anthemic “Here All Night.”

It’s Not That Deep channels the same confidence and electric energy that defined hits like “Cool for the Summer” and “Confident.” Lovato recently told fans that she wanted this record to feel “free, fun, and alive” — a celebration rather than a confession. The project follows 2022’s Holy Fvck, which leaned into pop-punk and debuted in the Billboard 200 Top 10. Though the album was critically praised for its raw honesty, Lovato admitted the sound didn’t fully reflect where she wanted to go. “The rock stuff didn’t work for me,” she said on the Chicks in the Office podcast. “It was a passion project… But this one is fun, and I realized what worked for me was ‘Cool for the Summer’ and these other big pop songs.”
