LISA is set to appear on Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast on Wednesday, October 28, bringing the BLACKPINK star to the comedy show for an hour-long conversation about life, fame, and everything in between. The episode arrives just days after the release of her new EP, PRESS PLAY, as she continues her latest solo promotional campaign.
The episode is scheduled to premiere at 7 p.m. PT (10 p.m. ET) and will be available to watch on Netflix, with the video podcast also streaming on Spotify. Unlike traditional podcast appearances, Therapuss blends celebrity interviews with humorous, mock-therapy sessions, giving guests room to share personal stories while keeping the conversation lighthearted.

Hosted by Shane, the series has become a destination for candid celebrity conversations, with previous guests including LISA’s BLACKPINK bandmate Rosé, Selena Gomez, and Hailey Bieber. Promotional images for the upcoming episode offer a first glimpse of LISA and Shane together. Both appear in white “SAWADIVA!” T-shirts, a playful nod to “SaWaDiKa,” LISA’s September single whose title references a Thai greeting meaning “hello.”
The timing also puts the appearance directly alongside LISA’s latest solo release. Her six-track EP PRESS PLAY arrived on October 23 alongside the music video for “Tarantino,” giving the singer another opportunity to connect with fans beyond the music itself. The project opened with 8.272 million streams on Spotify on its first day, marking the biggest first-day Spotify debut of 2026 for a K-pop soloist.
“Tarantino” led the EP’s opening-day performance, debuting at No. 44 on Spotify’s Daily Global Chart with 1.911 million streams. Its music video also generated 41.9 million views in its first 24 hours on YouTube, making it the platform’s second-biggest music video debut of 2026. Meanwhile, “SaWaDiKa” returned to Spotify’s Daily Global Chart at No. 71 with 1.607 million streams, gaining 123 positions.
