FLO are launching their new era. On May 6, the London trio confirmed their sophomore album Therapy At The Club, arriving July 24 via Republic/EMI, alongside the release of its title track.
Momentum has been building steadily throughout 2026. March single “Leak It” marked their highest-charting release to date, reinforcing a commercial upswing that began with Access All Areas in November 2024. That debut opened at No. 3 on the Official UK Albums Chart with 9,500 units, the strongest showing for a British R&B girl group in over two decades, while also securing a No. 1 on the UK R&B Albums Chart and a Billboard 200 entry at No. 163.
The new project expands both their scale and intent. Therapy At The Club spans 16 tracks and leans into a concept the group describes as “girls bathroom therapy on a night out.”
Visually, the era is equally defined. The neon-drenched cover art places Jorja Douglas, Renée Downer, and Stella Quaresma inside a glass enclosure, mirroring the album’s themes of visibility, and controlled chaos. That aesthetic carries into the title track “Therapy at the Club,” released on announcement day, which builds on the sleek, harmony-driven sound that first broke through with “Cardboard Box.”
Early previews have already seeded fan anticipation. Tracks like “HaterBooth” debuted during their February 2026 NPR Tiny Desk performance.
