The iconic band has begun teasing their comeback with a cryptic photo that shows frontman Adam Levine and a woman from behind, suggesting an upcoming announcement of a new collaboration. Fans wasted no time trying to figure out who the mysterious feature might be, and they quickly landed on an idea: LISA of BLACKPINK.

Fresh off the release of her debut studio album, Alter Ego, LISA is no stranger to exciting collaborations. She has already teamed up with the likes of Rosalía, Doja Cat, and Future. Now, it really looks like she’s the mysterious figure in Maroon 5’s photo. “thats the manoban physique yall,” a fan shared on X/Twitter. “the shoes… the hair… the body line?!!! LISA,” another added. Eagle-eyed fans also spotted other clues: Maroon 5’s photographer, bootswallace, follows LISA on Instagram, and the band liked several of her photos from her Coachella set.
While an official announcement will likely come soon, it’s clear that Maroon 5 are ready to make their comeback. The band’s most recent album, Jordi, dates back to 2021. Recently, Adam Levine confirmed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that the band will release a new single at the end of April, followed by a full studio album in the summer. He also hinted at a return to their roots and greater artistic control. To support their new album, Maroon 5 is embarking on a global tour in 2025, kicking off with performances in Mexico, including shows at the Feria Nacional de San Marcos in Aguascalientes on April 22 and the Feria de Puebla on April 24.
