As always, InMusic polled fans on X (formerly Twitter) to determine the week’s favorite new release. After a tight race, Isabel LaRosa’s Raven emerged as the winner, receiving 32% of the vote, closely followed by “Bluebird” and “I Ain’t Comin’ Back,” both tied with 27%. Addison Rae’s “Headphones On” came in last with 14%.
Released via RCA Records and Slumbo Labs, Raven marks a strong debut for Isabel LaRosa. Across the LP, the 20-year-old artist explores the complex emotions that accompany the transition from adolescence to adulthood. After breaking through in 2022 with the viral hit “I’m Yours,” Isabel’s momentum continued with the success of “Favorite,” ultimately leading to the release of Raven. The project features fourteen tracks, all co-written by Isabel and her brother, Thomas.
