Joji officially kicked off the SOLARIS TOUR 2026 on June 16 at Newark’s Prudential Center, giving fans their first look at the live show supporting his latest album, Piss In The Wind. The opening night performance blended brand-new material with fan favorites spanning nearly a decade of releases.
Fresh off the release of Piss In The Wind on February 6, Joji appears determined to give equal weight to his newest era and the songs that established him as one of alternative pop’s most distinctive voices. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 with 86,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, marking another strong commercial showing for the singer-songwriter following 2022’s Smithereens.
New tracks dominated large portions of the Newark set. Songs including “Pixelated Kisses,” “Sojourn,” “Love You Less,” “If It Only Gets Better,” “Past Won’t Leave My Bed,” “Horses to Water,” “Blah Blah,” and “Last of a Dying Breed” all made appearances.
The SOLARIS TOUR arrives during a significant chapter for Joji. After departing 88rising and signing with Palace Creek and Virgin Music Group, Piss In The Wind introduced a broader sonic palette through collaborations with Giveon, 4Batz, Yeat, and Don Toliver while maintaining the melancholic songwriting style that has defined much of his work.
The North American leg continues through July before heading overseas for dates across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
