Sabrina Carpenter is on track to secure her second Billboard 200 chart-topper, as her new album Man’s Best Friend is projected to debut at No. 1 with an impressive 350,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, according to Hits Daily Double.
Released on August 29 via Island Records, Man’s Best Friend has quickly become one of the year’s biggest releases. The LP logged the biggest streaming debut on Spotify in 2025 so far for any female artist, amassing over 64 million streams in its first day. The album is fueled by the runaway success of lead single “Manchild,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this summer and re-entered the top 10 this week. In addition, the second single, “Tears,” is aiming for a top 10 debut after scoring the biggest female debut of the year on Spotify with over 9 million streams.
