Taylor Swift continues her historic reign on the Billboard charts, as The Life of a Showgirl spends a fourth consecutive week atop the Billboard 200, while its lead single, “The Fate of Ophelia,” holds firm at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. With both the album and single maintaining their positions for an entire month, Swift achieves an unprecedented milestone — becoming the first artist in history to debut at No. 1 on both charts and remain there for their first four weeks.

A month ago, The Life of a Showgirl opened to record-breaking numbers, debuting with 4.002 million units — the largest week for any album in history.

Meanwhile, “The Fate of Ophelia” maintains its powerful grip on the Hot 100, logging a fourth straight week at No. 1. As reported by Billboard, the track continues to lead the Streaming Songs chart for a fourth week and tops Digital Song Sales for a third. Over the past week, the song’s performance was further boosted by the release of “The Fate of Ophelia (Alone in My Tower Acoustic Version),” which Swift dropped digitally on October 28.

With this achievement, the 35-year-old superstar also surpasses Bruno Mars in total weeks spent atop the chart, ranking now at No. 9 and reaching a career milestone of 40 weeks at No. 1. In addition, “The Fate of Ophelia” becomes her fifth single to dominate for four or more weeks.

Beyond “The Fate of Ophelia,” Taylor Swift continues to showcase chart power across the board. Three songs from The Life of a Showgirl currently sit within the Hot 100’s top 10: “The Fate of Ophelia” at No. 1, “Opalite” at No. 4, and “Elizabeth Taylor” at No. 8.
