Zayn has clear ideas about the best songs from his new album Konnakol. On the latest episode of Call Her Daddy, the 33-year-old singer-songwriter revealed the three songs he feels most connected to on his upcoming fifth studio album. He named “Used to the Blues,” “Side Effects,” and “Sideways” as his personal top three tracks.
The Call Her Daddy appearance marks Zayn’s return to Alex Cooper’s podcast three years after his first interview. Speaking about the album, he shared what matters most to him at this stage of his career. “Honestly, the fact that people still give a sh-t,” he said. He continued, “I guess I’m just proud of the progression and just the development and understanding of myself through my music.”
Last Friday, Zayn unveiled “Die For Me” as the lead single, building anticipation for the full project, which arrives in April.
The new era extends beyond the studio. Zayn recently announced The Konnakol Tour, a 31-date international run produced by Live Nation. The trek will begin May 12, 2026, at Manchester’s AO Arena and conclude November 20 at Miami’s Kaseya Center. Along the way, he will headline major arenas and select stadiums across the UK, North America, Mexico, and South America — including stops in London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and San Francisco. It marks the largest solo tour of his career and his first time mounting a production of this scale across multiple continents.
During his appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the former One Direction star also reflected on fatherhood, joked about giving too much money to his daughter Kai as the tooth fairy, and discussed his upcoming album, among other topics. Watch the full episode below.
