Former NewJeans member Danielle has shared a new personal update, telling fans that she is preparing to embark on her “first solo trip.” The singer opened up about the upcoming adventure in a new YouTube video shared on September 3, offering another glimpse into her life outside the group and amid her ongoing legal dispute with ADOR.
“I’m really looking forward to my adventure,” Danielle said in the video. “I don’t know what awaits me, I don’t know where I’ll be going, all I know is that I’m going on my first solo trip.”
Danielle did not reveal the destination or provide a specific timeline for the trip, leaving the details of the journey open. Her comments nevertheless mark a notable personal update as she continues to navigate a period of significant change following her departure from NewJeans.
The 21-year-old has remained largely out of the spotlight while her legal battle with ADOR continues. The company terminated her exclusive contract in 2025 and subsequently filed a 43 billion won damages lawsuit against Danielle, a family member and former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin.
Away from the courtroom, Danielle has also given fans several indications that she intends to explore life and creativity beyond NewJeans. On April 11, her 21st birthday, she teased “Demo #3” on Instagram through her @dazzibelle account, prompting renewed speculation that she could eventually release solo music.
