JISOO has been voted the best Halloween costume of 2026 by the InMusic community, taking more than 57% of the votes with her striking transformation into Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The BLACKPINK member’s commitment to recreating the anime character made her Halloween look a clear favorite among voters.
JISOO unveiled the costume on Instagram (@sooyaaa__) on October 31, sharing a series of photographs with the simple Korean caption “루시” and a butterfly emoji. Her choice of character immediately caught fans’ attention, with the singer stepping away from her usual elegant image to embody one of the most recognizable figures from the Netflix anime.

The transformation closely recreated Lucy’s signature appearance, including her straight silver-white bob with blunt bangs and colorful pink, purple and neon teal ends. JISOO also adopted the character’s distinctive eye makeup, pairing sharp black eyeliner with red accents beneath her eyes. A glossy black bodysuit with red-trimmed details and a white cropped jacket completed the futuristic look, while neon blue and pink lighting gave the photographs an atmosphere reminiscent of Night City.
The resemblance was strong enough to attract a response from the official Cyberpunk: Edgerunners account on X. The account praised her cosplay, writing, “She did a great job with the cosplay,” before adding “Ate” and “Ate and left no crumbs” while sharing the images.
Lucy, voiced by Aoi Yūki in the original Japanese version, is one of the central characters in the 2022 series produced by Studio Trigger and based on CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 universe. A skilled netrunner with dreams of escaping Night City and reaching the Moon, she is known for her white hair with pastel-colored ends and distinctive futuristic style. JISOO’s recreation captured those details with remarkable precision.
The Halloween result also arrives during an active period for JISOO’s solo career. On October 30, she released “ADDICTED,” her latest solo single, accompanied by a music video built around reflective settings, dramatic lighting and contrasting red-and-white imagery. The electronic pop track earned 92% of the votes in InMusic’s weekly poll for favorite new release, outperforming new music from Mariah Carey, Gracie Abrams and IVE.
“ADDICTED” also made an early impression commercially, debuting at No. 195 on Spotify’s Daily Global chart with 1.24 million streams. Its music video reached No. 1 on YouTube’s trending music videos chart, while the single entered the U.S. iTunes top 20.
