February couldn’t end on a better note. Lisa treats fans to her highly anticipated debut studio album, Alter Ego. The BLACKPINK member has enlisted a star-studded lineup of artists from multiple genres, with guest appearances from Doja Cat, RAYE, Rosalía, Tyla, Megan Thee Stallion, and Future. The 15-track LP was preceded by four global hit singles: “Rockstar,” “New Woman,” “Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me),” and “Born Again.” To accompany the album’s release, the K-pop superstar will also unveil a 56-page official comic, written by Lisa herself and illustrated by Japanese artist MinoMiyabi.
Following a massive breakout year in 2024, Benson Boone returns with his first musical offering of the year, the new single “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else.” The 22-year-old singer skyrocketed to fame last year with his global hit “Beautiful Things” and debut album Fireworks & Rollerblades. His success earned him a well-deserved Grammy nomination for Best New Artist, and now he’s stepping into a new musical era.
Meanwhile, just four months after releasing The Great Impersonator, Halsey is already back with a new single, “Safeword.” Accompanied by a striking music video, the song embraces a more rock-influenced sound, marking a departure from the album’s genre-blending approach. The 30-year-old singer is now gearing up for the For My Last Trick tour, set to kick off in May.
