Gracie Abrams returned to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday night (Sept. 28), closing the episode with a powerful live-band performance of “Look at My Life.” The single from her third studio album, Daughter from Hell, received a stripped-back but emotionally charged television treatment as Abrams continued one of the biggest eras of her career.
The performance marked Gracie Abrams’ second appearance on the late-night show in support of the album. She previously performed “Minibar” in July, shortly after Daughter from Hell arrived, but Monday’s set placed the focus on the record’s title track and its more reflective writing.

“Look at My Life” sits at the center of Daughter from Hell, an album that gave Gracie Abrams her first No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Released in July, the project opened with 124,000 equivalent album units, making it her strongest sales week to date and establishing a new commercial peak for the 27-year-olf singer-songwriter.
Aaron Dessner produced the album, continuing the creative partnership that previously shaped Good Riddance and The Secret of Us. The record also features songwriting contributions from Justin Vernon, longtime collaborator Audrey Hobert and Abrams’ partner Paul Mescal, who co-wrote “Imaginary Friend.”
Monday’s Fallon performance also arrives as Gracie Abrams prepares to extend the album cycle well beyond television appearances. On October 31, she will serve as musical guest on Saturday Night Live, with Inde Navarrette hosting the Halloween episode.
A month later, Abrams will take Daughter from Hell to arenas with The Look at My Life Tour. The 64-date run begins December 2 at Ball Arena in Denver and will travel across North America through March 2027, including multi-night performances at the Kia Forum in Inglewood and Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
