This Friday in mid-May brings a wave of major new releases. Rihanna finally returns with new music. While fans await her highly anticipated ninth studio album, the pop superstar unleashes “Friend of Mine,” the lead single from The Smurfs Movie soundtrack.
Morgan Wallen takes the spotlight this week on the country scene—and beyond—with his fourth studio album, I’m The Problem. The 37-track LP was preceded by seven singles and features collaborations with Tate McRae, Post Malone, Eric Church, HARDY, and ERNEST.
BTS’ Jin makes his solo return with the EP Echo. The follow-up to his debut mini album Happy sees the K-pop idol connecting with fans through “universal life experiences and emotions.” Alongside the EP, “Don’t Say You Love Me” will be released as the lead single.
Damiano David continues his solo journey with the debut album Funny Little Fears. The LP marks a significant departure from the glam-rock sound that made Måneskin one of the biggest rock bands of the 2020s. Here, Damiano embraces a more pop-driven sound and heartfelt tone.
