It’s time to update your playlist with fresh music! Sabrina Carpenter’s sixth studio album, “Short n’ Sweet,” is finally here. As one of the most anticipated releases of the summer—and the year—the album was supported by two chart-topping hits, “Espresso” and “Please Please Please,” setting the stage for what might be a strong contender for Album of the Year. “Short n’ Sweet” is also accompanied by the release of its third official single, “Taste,” with a music video featuring a guest appearance from Wednesday actress Jenna Ortega.
Just in time to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her sophomore album “My Everything,” Ariana Grande has surprised fans with a special edition of the LP, featuring “Too Close” and “Cadillac” as bonus tracks.
New music is also out from Coldplay. The iconic group has released a captivating collaboration, “We Pray,” which features a blend of different genres. Burna Boy, Little Simz, Elyanna, and TINI all appear on the track. Notably, “We Pray” follows “Feels Like I’m Falling in Love” as the second single from the band’s upcoming tenth album, “Moon Music,” set to be released on October 4th.
This week’s new music lineup doesn’t stop there. On August 18th, Travis Scott’s second mixtape, “Days Before Rodeo,” turned 10 years old. The rapper marked the anniversary by releasing a special edition of the project.
