New Music Friday: The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Eminem, & More!

It’s time to update your playlist with fresh music! Leading our weekly roundup is none other than The Weeknd. The Canadian superstar drops “Dancing in the Flames,” the lead single from his upcoming album “Harry Up Tomorrow.” The LP, with its release date still under wraps, will be the final installment of his Trilogy, which includes “After Hours” (2020) and “Dawn FM” (2022). Last week, The Weeknd premiered several new songs from the album during a one-night-only concert in São Paulo.

Shawn Mendes is also gearing up for the release of his new album, “Shawn,” and has just unveiled “Nobody Knows” as the third single, following “Why Why Why” and “Isn’t That Enough.” Yesterday (Sept. 11), Shawn treated fans to the first live performance of the song at the MTV VMAs.

Eminem expands the tracklist of his latest album “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)” with a deluxe edition titled “Expanded Mourner’s Edition.”

And the new music lineup doesn’t stop there—new albums are on the way from FKA Twigs, Suki Waterhouse, and Miranda Lambert.
