Ariana Grande fans are getting another shot at securing tickets for the sold-out Eternal Sunshine Tour. Ticketmaster announced on May 12 that a limited number of additional seats are being released across the tour’s U.S., Canada, and U.K. dates as final production layouts are completed ahead of opening night.
Unlike a traditional public sale, the newly added inventory is being distributed through Ticketmaster’s request-based system, with fans able to submit ticket requests between Tuesday, May 12 at 12 p.m. ET and Thursday, May 14 at 12 p.m. ET. According to Ticketmaster, submission time will not affect selection odds.
The company confirmed that most of the newly released seats are production holds located near stage infrastructure and technical equipment, meaning many come with limited or partially obstructed views. Some full-view seats are also included, though availability varies depending on the city.
Fans can request up to four tickets for one show per country and only one price tier per event. Ticketmaster also clarified that anyone can submit a request, although priority will be given to fans who do not already hold tickets for the tour. Requests require a valid credit or debit card, with a temporary $1 authorization hold potentially appearing during verification.
The latest ticket release marks the second controlled rollout connected to the Eternal Sunshine Tour. Earlier this year, Ticketmaster implemented a similar process after canceling a number of tickets flagged during an internal review for violating purchase terms and resale policies. Those reclaimed tickets were redistributed in February using the same request-based system designed to reduce bot activity and secondary market inflation.
Demand surrounding the tour has remained exceptionally high since Ariana Grande first announced her return to the road. The Eternal Sunshine Tour represents her first major headlining tour since the Sweetener World Tour concluded in December 2019, ending a nearly seven-year gap between global arena runs.
Momentum around the shows has only intensified following confirmation of Grande’s upcoming eighth studio album, petal, which arrives July 31, 2026 through BabyDoll Music and Republic Records. The album serves as the follow-up to 2024’s Eternal Sunshine and was recorded between January and early April 2026 with longtime collaborators Max Martin and Ilya Salmanzadeh heavily involved throughout the project.
Its lead single, “Hate That I Made You Love Me,” is scheduled for release on May 29, just days before the tour officially launches on June 6 at Oakland Arena in California. The run stretches across North America and the United Kingdom before concluding September 1 at London’s O2 Arena, totaling roughly 41 dates.
