Ariana Grande fans will soon have another opportunity to secure tickets for the highly anticipated Eternal Sunshine Tour. Ticketmaster confirmed that a new batch of tickets will be made available next month through a controlled request-based system designed to place seats directly into the hands of genuine fans.
In a statement released on January 28, Ticketmaster explained that the upcoming release follows an internal review conducted last October. During that process, a limited number of tickets were canceled after being flagged for violations of the platform’s ticket purchase terms. The company said its priority is ensuring those seats are redistributed fairly.
“Last October, we worked with the ‘The Eternal Sunshine Tour’ tour to cancel a small portion of tickets that had been identified as violating our ticket purchase terms,” the statement read. “Our focus is ensuring those tickets are reissued directly to fans.”
According to Ticketmaster, the tickets will be made available in February through a request process aimed at preventing resale manipulation. Fans will be able to submit a request during the designated window. If selected, the purchase will be completed automatically, with the credit card on file charged and confirmation details sent by email.
“While most selections will be random, we will prioritize fans who did nothing wrong but had resale tickets canceled due to the seller’s violation of our terms,” Ticketmaster added. “Be on the lookout for another post soon with timing details.”
The announcement arrives months after widespread backlash surrounding the tour’s initial onsale. When tickets for the North American leg went live in late 2025, they sold out within minutes. Virtual queues quickly surged into the millions, with many fans reporting that seats vanished before checkout could be completed.
Despite Grande adding several additional shows in high-demand markets including Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, and Chicago, availability remained extremely limited. Within hours, resale listings surfaced at prices reaching more than ten times face value, reigniting concerns about ticket scalping across major tours.
Last September, Grande addressed the issue directly in an emotional Instagram Story, assuring fans she was personally involved in seeking solutions. “I’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution,” she wrote at the time. “Hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. It’s not right.”
The Eternal Sunshine Tour marks Grande’s first world tour in seven years, following 2019’s Sweetener World Tour. The upcoming run supports her No. 1 album Eternal Sunshine and its deluxe edition Brighter Days Ahead, both of which topped the Billboard 200.
