Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine Tour has officially sold out its London dates — and fans are not happy. The general sale for the UK leg began this morning, with thousands of fans rushing online in hopes of securing tickets for one of Grande’s highly anticipated O2 Arena shows. But despite waiting in long digital queues, many were left empty-handed within minutes, sparking anger and disappointment across social media.
Frustrated fans shared their experiences, with one writing: “I was less than 5k in queues. HOW are Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine London tickets already sold out on Ticketmaster!? It’s a scam at this point. Really poor.” Another added: “I was only 1250 in the queue for Ariana Grande and when I got through there was absolutely nothing 🙁 I guess they sold all of the tickets during presale.” Others expressed outright outrage, calling the process “disgusting,” “a scam,” and “bullshit to the fans.”

Some fans noted that Ticketmaster seemed to list “limited tickets” even while queues exceeded 100,000, leading to further speculation that the bulk of seats had already been distributed during pre-sales. Complaints flooded X/Twitter, with one fan writing: “Was 3000 in line AGAIN for Ariana Grande London and sold out on entry AGAIN @TicketmasterUK. It’s just bullshit to the fans.”
The backlash follows what has already been described as one of the most chaotic ticketing frenzies in recent years. Earlier this week, more than three million people queued online during pre-sales for Grande’s O2 Arena shows, overwhelming Ticketmaster’s system and prompting the singer to double her London dates from five to ten. The expanded run now spans from August 15 to September 1, 2026, but demand continues to far exceed supply.
Grande’s return marks her first global tour in seven years, following 2019’s record-breaking Sweetener World Tour. The new run supports her latest projects, Eternal Sunshine and its deluxe edition Brighter Days Ahead, both of which debuted at No. 1 worldwide. The albums’ success, combined with her extended break from touring, has fueled record-breaking demand across all markets announced so far.
Adding to the frustration, fans have raised concerns over ticket resellers dominating the market. Secondary platforms already show inflated prices far beyond face value, despite Grande publicly addressing the issue last week. On Instagram, the pop star admitted she was “incredibly bothered” by scalpers and emphasized that she and her team were working to ensure more tickets go directly to fans.
