Beabadoobee officially kicked off her Powerlines Tour on October 1 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, marking her first headline arena show. With Pylon released just two weeks earlier, the opening-night set blended the new album’s heavier sound with fan favorites spanning her catalog.
The Uncasville show also marked the beginning of a major run that will take Beabadoobee to arenas including Madison Square Garden, the Kia Forum and London’s O2. Wisp is supporting the North American dates, while the tour gives the singer-songwriter her biggest collection of headline shows to date.

Much of the setlist naturally draws from Pylon, her fourth studio album, which arrived September 18 through Dirty Hit/Interscope. The record was shaped by time spent on the road during her This Is How Tomorrow Moves tour, with its title referring to the power-line towers Beabadoobee associates with West London and using that image as a metaphor for distance, connection and relationships.
The album also represents a sharper turn in her sound. Beabadoobee has described Pylon as her take on hardcore and Midwest emo, moving toward heavier guitars and more direct songwriting after the Rick Rubin-produced This Is How Tomorrow Moves topped the U.K. Albums Chart in 2024.
Opening night reflected that shift. The set moved through newer material including “Sun Has Set,” “Radio” and “Pylon” before connecting those songs to the catalog that established Beabadoobee as one of indie rock’s most recognizable young voices.
Tracks from Beatopia featured prominently, including “10:36,” “Talk,” “Pictures of Us” and “The Perfect Pair.” The performance also reached further back with the 2017 single “Coffee,” while more recent fan favorites “Glue Song” and “The Way Things Go” received places in the set.
The Powerlines Tour now moves on to Philadelphia before continuing across North America and eventually heading to the U.K.
